Andrew LaPorte

Founder & CEO

Andrew LaPorte is the Founder and CEO of Vidl Companies, a real estate advisory and development platform focused on experiential brands, strategic growth, and high-impact placements across premier markets. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in nearly $1 billion in transactional volume, representing and curating tenancy across high-profile assets nationwide.

Through Vidl, Andrew leads brokerage, boutique development, project strategy, and brand advisory. His approach is highly selective, focused on aligning the right brands, locations, and partnerships to create long-term value. He is also a co-founder of Sculp, a category-defining body sculpting concept in Old Town Scottsdale, alongside his partner, Jaini. With Ty Brewster, he co-founded SIDEKIQ, which builds AI and operating infrastructure for real estate brokerages and franchise operators.

Based in Arizona, Andrew values family, faith, and living with intention. Outside of business, he is deeply connected to the motorsports community and spends his time driving and building within the enthusiast space.

Jaini Doffing

Partner & Chief Strategy Officer

Jaini Doffing serves as a Partner and Chief Strategy Officer at Vidl Companies, where she shapes the firm's strategic direction, partnerships, and client alignment.

She evaluates business opportunities, refines deal strategy, and works directly alongside executive leadership to position Vidl for long-term growth across its portfolio. Her focus is identifying and aligning with high-quality brands, guiding client relationships that fit Vidl's vision for scalable, experience-driven real estate.

Jaini is also a co-founder of Sculp, the body sculpting studio in Old Town Scottsdale she built alongside Andrew.

Dan Biswas

Partner in DevelopmentKaname

Dan Biswas is a Partner in Development with Vidl Companies and a co-founder of Kaname, the build-to-suit and experiential development platform, where he leads design and delivery.

Dan brings an urban infill development practice rooted in downtown Phoenix, with national experience and reach. As the founder of URBNPHX, he has led entitlement, design, and construction on projects where the street level has to work as hard as the building above it.

At Kaname, Dan partners alongside Andrew LaPorte to deliver build-to-suit and bespoke experiential developments, structured creatively with the trades, with capital, and with landowners. He builds for how a place feels at street level long after the ribbon is cut.
